South Carolina’s star running back, Marcus Lattimore, suffered a very severe knee injury today versus Tennessee, as he was hit helmet to knee. The Junior running back was just getting back to form after suffering a season ending injury last year to the other knee (torn acl).

Seeing that hit today live you knew it wasn’t good. The look of horror on Marcus face when he looked down at his leg told the entire story. That it is going to take a miracle from God to see him back on the field again. No details were given out of the specifics of the injury as of yet, but after the reporter spoke concerning the emotional state of Marcus & his mother…its just heartbreaking.

Every announcer spoke of how awesome a man Marcus is, and how no matter what happens they know he will be okay. I want to back up that sentiment saying the same. Coming from a faith filled background, I just hope that his family won’t let him give up, because Marcus is everything that’s good for the game of football. My heart goes out to his family, and I pray that the injury only look worse than it is, and there is an NFL team that will take a chance on Duncan, SC finest. #RebelNation Stand-Up

UPDATE:  The word from the doctors is Marcus has a BROKEN FEMUR, BROKEN PATELLA, TORN ACL, TORN PCL, TORN MCL, & TORN LCL, which basically means he tore every ligament in his knee. Please keep the prayers going for this young man. It’s not over til God says it’s over. I believe in miracles.

LaTocha Scott just dropped her new track, So Long, via Twitter, and it does not disappoint. The song is that true R/B that we are missing so bad in this day and time. Although strides are being made to change that, and LaTocha is definitely doing her part. So Long was produced by newcomer JRob, and LaTocha assures that we will be hearing a lot more from him soon. Check out the new track.

Natina Reed of the 90’s group, Blaque has passed away this morning in Atlanta according to several reports. Natina was the spitfire of the group (rapper), and also an actress. She starred along side Gabrielle Union in the original Bring It On movie. This tragedy takes place on the eve of her 33rd birthday.

Right now details are sketchy at what happened, but reports are saying that it was a possible hit & run that caused the untimely death of Natina. She does leave behind one child, a 10yr. old son, by rapper Kurupt, formely of Tha Dogg Pound.

It’s so funny how things go…I was at an event in Atlanta that Blaque hosted in memory of TLC’s Lisa “LeftEye” Lopes (the founder of the group Blaque), and actually got to see Natina & Brandy.

According to author Tionna Smalls (What Chilli Wants consultant), Kurupt confirmed that Natina has indeed passed away.

Update: Ronald Lopes via FB has this to say concerning the hit & run concerning Natina’s death!

It’s so good to hear Keyshia Cole deliver again. Now don’t get me wrong, I liked a few songs on her last album, Calling All Hearts, but I must admit…this is the lane given to Keyshia and I want her to milk it for all it’s worth. After releasing the first single, Enough of No Love, she comes with this new joint, Trust and Believe…yep I’m feeling it. The new album: Woman to Woman is set to be released 11/19. I can’t wait. In the meantime be sure to check out Keyshia’s new reality show: Keyshia and Daniel (Family First) on B.E.T. Tuesdays @10pm est.

What did Ciara do for her birthday on 10/25? Well she delivers a visual for her brand new track called, Got Me Good. The uptempo track has Ciara doing what I love to see her do most…dance. Now I’m not sure if the song is strong enough to be a follow up single to Sorry, but CiCi dancing is enough to keep me looking forward to the album.

SideNote: I really wish she had Chris Brown in this video dancing with her! Don’t you want those two to do a joint, and have them dancing (heck a dance battle) lol.
