Lakers To Hire Jim Boylen As Assistant Coach

According to Ric Bucher for ESPN, the Lakers will hire, former University of Utah coach, Jim Boylen. Seems as if Coach Mike Brown is finally getting his coaching staff together. With Chuck Person’s being contacted to possibly join the staff, we know for sure now that Brian Shaw will not be added to the bench. I hope the Laker organization knows that they can never get rid of Phil Jackson totally as long as Kobe Bryant is the star of this team. If the offense isn’t going well, Kobe may just get the guys and run a “triangle” play…lol.
