Ah the NBA is back, and it did not fail to deliver in it’s excitement on Christmas day. After watching the Celtics lose by one, on a KG missed attempt at the end, followed by a subsequent choke out of Bill Walker by KG. Then an absolute embarrassing banner raising day for the defending champions, Dallas Mavericks at the hands of the Miami Heat. I really didn’t know what to expect from my new look Lakers. Happy Fathers Day, to all the fathers out there. I know the job is not an easy one, but somehow there are those who truly take the job seriously. And for those fathers I show my deepest gratitude. I was told that you don’t have to thank someone for doing what they should be doing…and honestly, I don’t believe in that. Because if you don’t thank someone for what they do, you find yourself taking it for granted, and no matter what the situation one should feel as if they have been taken for granted. So again, to all the men, who have accepted the part they played in becoming ONE with a female, which produced your child, THANK YOU.

When I realized I would do a post for Father’s Day, I sat and thought about who can I spotlight, a few names came to mind, so here are a few of their stories, from my perspective. What is a Father? And what does it take to be a good one?
