Congrats are in order for Music manager(Lady Gaga, Mindless Behavior) Vincent Hubert and his wife (songstress) Tamar Braxton, they are having their first child. If you watched their reality show you probably remember the two were interviewing possible surrogates, but it looks like Tamar decided she wanted to carry her own child! So happy for these two!
